Your wedding gallery is kept live for a minimum of 3 years for your convenience.

6. Sharing Data with Third Parties

I do not sell or share your personal data for marketing purposes. However, to fulfil my services, I may share necessary details with:

  • Second photographers (names, wedding date, venues, and a contact number for morning prep coverage, if required)

  • Print and album suppliers (for delivering physical products, including names and addresses)

These third parties are only provided with the data required to fulfil their role and are expected to handle your information responsibly.

7. Cookies & Website Tracking

I use Google Analytics to track website traffic and improve user experience. I may also use Facebook/Meta Pixel in the future for targeted advertising. Additionally, I embed videos from YouTube (e.g., slideshows, promo content), which may also collect anonymous viewing data.

By using my website, you agree to the use of cookies. You can adjust cookie settings via your browser at any time.

8. Opting Out & Data Retention

  • Automated Emails (Enquiry Follow-Ups): If you no longer wish to receive follow-up emails after enquiring, simply reply with "STOP", and I will manually remove you from the sequence.

  • Newsletters: My newsletters contain an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email, allowing you to opt out at any time.
